Service Advisor - RideNow Austin RideNow Powersports - 2.9 Austin, TX Job Details 17 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Maintaining an organized workspace Moving Clean workspace maintenance Full Job Description RideNow Austin Powersports , is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department! If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you! Responsibilities Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work. Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions. Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order. Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified. Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost. Offer additional services and products, including special promotions. Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work. Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer. Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer. Other duties as assigned.

MMI Graduate or a minimum of 6 months hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed) Clean driving record required Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment Ability to be on your feet most of the day Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles, desired Motorcycle endorsement, desired Own a basic set of tools for assembling powerpsorts vehicles, preferred. Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
