Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

Learn wireless products and services to guide customers toward the best plans for their success Build and maintain strong relationships that drive loyalty and long-term customer success Accurately process sales orders and ensure customers are set up successfully from purchase to activation Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions that set them up for success Contribute to sales plans and strategies while keeping customer success at the center Stay updated on new wireless products to provide the best possible customer success outcomes

Customer Success Associate Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related roles Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Professional, customer-focused, and eager to learn Ability to work both with customers directly and in an office setting Tech knowledge is a plus, but not required (training provided)

Pay:

$3,800.00 - $4,200.00 per month
