Service Writer - Doggett Automotive Group (Multiple Locations in Beaumont) Ford | Volkswagen | BMW | CDJR | Honda | Mercedes | Nissan Join one of the fastest-growing automotive groups in Texas! Doggett Automotive Group is hiring experienced Service Writers to join our world-class service departments across our premium dealerships in Beaumont. If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for service customers — in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and keep customers informed on repair progress Prepare accurate repair estimates and service orders Coordinate with Service Managers and Technicians on labor and parts needs Open, update, and close work orders efficiently Ensure customers fully understand services provided before they leave Provide top-tier support for daily shop, field, and delivery operations What You Bring to the

Team:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 2-4 years of experience in automotive or construction service support Strong communication and organizational skills Computer-savvy (Excel experience a plus) A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Why Join Doggett?
