The AT&T Agent helps drive customer service and customer engagement by ensuring materials are ready, leads are followed up on, and customers receive the customer service, information, and care they deserve. The AT&T Agent will work closely with our sales representatives to support client acquisition efforts, assist in scheduling and follow-ups, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for successful client growth!
AT&T Agent Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person customer service and customer engagement efforts to ensure customers are being viewed, heard, and supported with personalized service and clear product solutions to drive AT&T sales enrollment Deliver exceptional customer service when helping prepare and organize sales materials for daily field use Support scheduling, lead tracking, and follow-up communications with prospective customers, always with a customer service mindset Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and help track progress toward goals Provide on-site customer service assistance to the sales team during customer presentations and enrollments Ensure clients and customers have a professional, seamless customer service experience at every touchpoint Stay informed on our telecom products and services to deliver accurate, reliable customer service to team members and clients alike
AT&T Agent Requirements:
A professional, upbeat attitude and strong interpersonal and customer service skills Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge, procedures, and customer service best practices Reliable and organized, with great attention to detail Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first, customer service-driven mindset Comfortable working in face-to-face environments and supporting field activity Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or administrative support is a plus At Uniq, we invest in people who are ready to show up and perform.
