Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier / Cooks to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register, taking food orders, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. We're also looking for well rounded cooks that want to add to the amazing things we're currently doing. Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor by restocking shelves as needed. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the checkout area and surrounding spaces. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to effectively sell products and promote store offerings. Experience in grocery store environments is beneficial but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist our diverse customer base. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to cook and bring new ideas to the table……….
