Job Description

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers, sales team, and vendor partners experience clear communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional support throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support — Answer inbound calls and emails; assist customers with product questions, order placement, replacement parts, and general service needs.
  • Order Processing — Enter customer orders, create vendor purchase orders, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Quality & Accuracy Review — Verify order acknowledgements, pricing, and product specifications; resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Invoice & Payment Handling — Process invoices, record payments, and support basic billing activities.
  • Shipment Coordination — Track shipments, coordinate delivery schedules, and communicate updates to customers and vendors.
  • Product & Pricing Maintenance — Organize and maintain current literature, catalogs, digital files, and pricing updates.
  • Customer File Management — Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communication logs.
  • Equipment Support — Assist customers in identifying replacement parts for older or existing equipment.
  • Cross‑Functional Support — Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Light Accounting & Compliance Support — Assist with routine billing tasks, reconcile small discrepancies, and help monitor company credit card receipts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the customer experience. What We're Looking For
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with a positive, customer‑focused mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and QuickBooks
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
  • Ability to remain professional, solution-oriented, and responsive in a fast-paced customer environment
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Some college preferred Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly compensation starting at $18.00 per hour, plus additional variable compensation opportunities

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
