Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers Answers any questions regarding customer's policy Accept payments and process transactions Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis Maintain a neat and clean work area and office Vehicle inspections Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Bank run deposits Position is full time Other duties as assigned Education/Training/Experience High School Diploma Previous customer service experience is helpful

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+ years of age
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Business Professional Attire
• Pass State Licensing Requirements (We assist in preparing for test)

Full-Time Availability:

Monday-Friday 9am-7pm Saturday 9am-2pm
