3 year customer service experience Basic computer skills Valid driver's license Available to work Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM English (Required) Spanish (Required)

Responsibilities:

Passionate about providing exceptional service to customers Educate customers on the importance paying payments in a timely manner Data entry of loan applications/documents Post cash, check and debit card payments Develop customer relationships and build new business Comply with company policies and procedures Work closely with peers and manager to build a cohesive team environment
