Customer Service Representative Location:
In-Office-Canton - 5
Days Per Week Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to support multiple client locations that require service and support. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping coordinate service requests, quotes, purchase orders, and technician scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn industry-specific parts and systems. Responsibilities Manage incoming customer service requests across multiple client locations Schedule and coordinate both local and out-of-state technicians for service calls Coordinate with management regarding quotes, approvals, and purchase orders Communicate with customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and order status Learn company parts, products, and terminology to better assist customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, purchase orders, and scheduling Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Assist with administrative and operational support as needed Provide professional and responsive customer support via phone and email Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of customer service, dispatching, or office support experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts and technician schedules simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office Willingness to learn technical parts and industry terminology Professional attitude and strong attention to detail Schedule & Work Environment Part-time position with opportunity for full-time employment In-office attendance required 5 days per week 10am-2pm Preferred Qualities Experience coordinating technician schedules or service calls Experience handling quotes and purchase orders Ability to work collaboratively with managers and field technicians Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
