Description:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the frontline link between a company and its customers. They handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, process orders, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. They act as the voice of the brand across various channels like phone, email, and live chat.
Core Responsibilities:
Must be 100% Bilingual Spanish and English Respond to
Inquiries:
Address questions regarding products, services, company policies, and pricing via phone, email, or live chat. •Most work is responding to emails.
Resolve Issues:
Investigate complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
Manage Accounts:
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates while calculating charges and processing billing.
Document Interactions:
Keep detailed, accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, and actions taken within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Coordinate with
Departments:
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or route them to appropriate internal teams (like technical support or billing).

Clear, polite verbal and written communication.

Ability to de-escalate frustration and think quickly on your feet to find practical solutions.
Technical Proficiency:

Ability to multitask and manage call volume or ticketing queues effectively.
Education & Experience:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, though many organizations prioritize practical skills over formal degrees.
