Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments Support both clients and medical staff in a fun, fast-paced, moderately stressful environment where teamwork is everything Bring positivity and problem-solving skills to each interaction

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfort working under moderate stress while staying upbeat A love for pets and a desire to help their people Previous veterinary experience is a plus but not required! Avimark experience preferred, but not required.
