Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks will help foster strong client relationships and support the overall efficiency of our office operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Communicates with clients throughout their onboard experience Works well with a team Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle calendar management for staff and executives Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping using Outlook, OneNote, CRM, and other office management tools Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative tasks Handle customer support inquiries promptly via phone or email, providing clear information and solutions Perform basic bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Support office management activities including supply ordering, filing systems, and office organization Ensure excellent phone etiquette and professional communication at all times Assist with team marketing strategies via social media management Experience Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or customer service roles Previous clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), One Note and data entry procedures (training provided) Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support abilities Join us to be a key contributor in creating a welcoming environment while supporting our team's operational excellence. Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
