This position is ideal for candidates with customer service, office administration, hospitality, retail sales, Property Shopper, mystery shopper, compliance review, or quality assurance experience who enjoy working with people and have a strong eye for detail. 🏡 What You'll Do- Tour apartment homes and showcase community amenities
- Assist prospective residents through the leasing process
- Answer phones and provide administrative support
- Assist with applications, lease paperwork, and resident correspondence
- Submit service requests and help resolve resident concerns
- Support marketing initiatives, community events, and resident retention efforts 🎯 What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to learn property management software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and jump in where needed
