Job Description

Alpha Consulting Solutions is growing in the Houston area, and we're hiring a full-time Customer Experience Associate to support our nonprofit campaigns. We partner with nationally recognized 501(c)(3) organizations to expand their reach, strengthen their brand, and connect them with the communities they serve. As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll work directly with customers at local events and retail pop-ups, creating meaningful interactions that support fundraising and brand awareness. This is a fully onsite role where each Customer Experience Associate plays a key role in turning everyday conversations into lasting community connections. What you'll be doing as a Customer Experience Associate Engage customers in person at community events and retail pop-ups, introducing nonprofit initiatives and building awareness for each brand Create memorable interactions by explaining the mission, impact, and purpose behind each nonprofit brand in a way that feels genuine and easy to connect with Guide customers through the fundraising process, ensuring each step is clear, organized, and aligned with campaign goals Share real examples and stories that help customers understand how their involvement supports the brand's mission Maintain accurate records of interactions, contributions, and follow-ups to support consistent campaign performance Collaborate with other Customer Experience Associate team members to strengthen outreach efforts and improve overall results Represent each nonprofit brand with professionalism, consistency, and a customer-first mindset What makes this Customer Experience Associate opportunity stand out Full-time, onsite role with direct customer interaction every day Weekly pay structure: $600 base or 30% of total funds raised Uncapped earning potential tied directly to individual performance Biweekly team nights and company events Exposure to industry professionals and hands-on campaign experience Opportunity to work with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and support meaningful causes Customer Experience Associate skills and qualifications Under 5 years of experience in community outreach, hospitality, restaurant, or a related customer-facing role Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and clients alike Ability to reliably commute to our onsite Houston office location daily Excited by performance-based opportunities Entry level and looking for advancement opportunities This Customer Experience Associate role is ideal for individuals who want to gain real experience, build relationships, and contribute to campaigns that create lasting impact.
