8a-4:30p. M-F (No Weekends)

Job Description:

Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes. High Volume outbound calls to Health care providers. Obtain medical records from providers. High volume data-entry with minimal error. Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations..

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of RECENT Call Center experience. Previous experience with high-volume calls Good communication skills (verbal and written)

MUST BE ABLE TO BE ON CAMERA DURING TRAINING.
