We are now hiring an AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative to support our AT&T team in Oak Cliff. In this role, the AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative will work directly with customers to provide account assistance, customer support, and help customers enroll in wireless and internet services. The AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative role is an entry-level position, and no previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do as an AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative Provide customer service and support to new and existing AT&T customers Assist with account setup, account updates, and basic account management Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions Answer customer questions and help resolve service-related concerns Support sales efforts by helping customers upgrade services and products Maintain accurate customer account information and interaction records Deliver a professional and positive customer experience What We're Looking For in an AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative Strong interest in customer service, sales, or customer support Prior AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative experience is a plus Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment Excellent communication skills and a dependable work ethic Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, Amazon or other warehouse, sales or customer service is a plus but not required What You'll Receive Full-time, stable position with growth opportunities Weekly pay plus performance bonuses and commission opportunities Career advancement opportunities into leadership and account management roles Supportive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing mentorship and professional development Start your career as an AT&T Entry Level Customer Representative with us and gain valuable experience in customer service, sales, and account support.
