Call Center Agent Medical Professionals - 4.0 Dallas, TX Job Details Contract $16 - $18 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Collaboration English Medical administrative support NextGen Full Job Description Job Summary Medical Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent (Spanish/English) for a 4-month temporary assignment supporting a community health clinic in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, answering patient and clinic-related inquiries, and scheduling appointments while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Monday-Friday Hours:
Either 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; must be flexible between 7:00 AM and 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Answer and manage inbound patient and community calls in a professional manner. Respond to clinic-related questions and provide accurate information. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Assist Spanish-speaking and English-speaking callers with their healthcare service inquiries. Document call information and appointment details accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow clinic procedures. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and community members. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience using NextGen EMR (highly preferred).
Carter Primary Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
