Client Service Coordinator Progressive Steps Therapy, LLC Dallas, TX Job Details Part-time | Contract $18 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Full Job Description Progressive Steps Therapy, LLC Dallas Area | 1099 Ongoing Contract | Part-Time Position Progressive Steps Therapy, LLC is seeking an organized, detail oriented, and motivated Client Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in helping oversee client workflow coordination and therapy service tracking within the HCS (Home and Community based Services) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) programs. We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience working with HCS and/or Texas Home Living programs and understands the coordination process involved with therapy services, client documentation, authorizations, revisions, and communication between providers, families, and case managers. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple client statuses and workflows efficiently. Responsibilities Track and maintain client statuses from referral through active services Add and manage referrals within company tracking systems and spreadsheets Monitor statuses such as Client's IPC and Therapy status Coordinate communication between therapists, families, agencies, and case managers Assist with tracking authorizations, revisions, and therapy approvals Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation Monitor therapy staffing needs and communicate therapist coverage gaps to management and HR Help support operational workflow and front desk coordination duties as needed Ensure documentation and workflow processes are completed accurately and timely Assist with maintaining compliance related to HCS and TxHmL workflow processes Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with HCS and/or Texas Home Living programs preferred Knowledge of IPCs, IDRCs, PDPs, authorizations, revisions, and waiver program workflows preferred Experience in healthcare coordination, intake coordination, therapy coordination, IDD services, medical office administration, or related field preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and problem solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable managing spreadsheets, tracking systems, and client workflow updates Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Meaningful work serving individuals and families within the IDD community Competitive pay based on experience Professional and team oriented culture If you are passionate about organization, coordination, and helping support quality therapy services for individuals within the HCS and Texas Home Living programs, we would love to hear from you.
