Job Description

Global battery manufacturing company immediately hiring a Business to Business Customer Success Associate! Our Customer Success Associate will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for someone who excels at handling multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer battery orders from receipt through delivery Coordinate with shipping departments to ensure timely product delivery Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, and updates Assist sales managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests. Process invoices and work closely with accounting department Track shipments and manage delivery schedules Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation Monitor and update order status in real-time Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Required Qualifications 1 year of business to business Customer Service experience preferred but not required AA Degree highly preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with order processing systems (preferred) Customer service experience (preferred) Desired Skills Problem-solving abilities Time management skills Team player mentality Ability to work independently Strong work ethic Professional phone etiquette Basic math skills Ready to grow in your career?
