Your Role:

Experienced Service Advisor We're seeking a skilled, customer-focused Service Advisor who already knows how to excel in a fast-paced, high-end dealership environment. The ideal candidate will bring proven automotive service experience , exceptional communication skills , and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Greet and assist customers with professionalism, confidence, and care. Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly and transparently. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Exceed customer expectations and maintain top CSI scores. Maintain required Audi Academy certifications and contribute to team success. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Audi or luxury brand preferred) Proven success in achieving service sales and customer satisfaction goals Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and comfortable with DMS and CRM systems Professional, punctual, and motivated to grow in a performance-driven team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ready to Bring Your Experience to the Best?
