Customer Service Representative Dallas, TX Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour
Shift:

Someone Who:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities High attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and other computer applications Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, and billing Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, adjusting bills, exchanging merchandise, or providing appropriate solutions Investigate customer concerns and provide follow-up communication on claim results, account updates, or next steps Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further review and resolution Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in company systems Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Meet productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals
