$16.00/hour + uncapped commission
Bilingual Pay:
$17.00/hour + uncapped commission About the Role We are hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Upgrade Specialists to support a leading phone, cable, internet, and streaming provider. In this role, you will speak with existing customers to recommend upgraded service packages that may include TV, streaming, internet, and phone solutions designed to better fit their needs. This is a phone-based sales role focused on customer experience, solution selling, and achieving performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Schedule & Hours of Operation Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Full-time schedules available What You'll Do Make outbound and/or receive inbound calls from existing customers Review current customer services and recommend package upgrades Promote bundled solutions including TV, streaming, internet, and phone services Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers Identify customer needs and match them with the best available package options Meet or exceed sales and performance goals Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity Deliver a professional and positive customer experience Follow quality, compliance, and attendance expectations What We're Looking For Previous sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Ability to build rapport and confidently recommend products and services Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask across multiple systems while speaking with customers Strong attendance and schedule adherence Bilingual Candidates Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply and receive increased base pay.
