Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$14.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Process orders, returns, and updates in the system Maintain customer records and data entry Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs Follow company policies and procedures Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and data entry skills Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and positive attitude
