AUTOMOTIVE SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR - EL PASO, TX
Join One of the Top Automotive Styling Shops in the Region Tint World El Paso is growing and preparing to open a second location. We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Automotive Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in automotive sales, customer service, appointment scheduling, lead management, or service advisor roles who enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and driving results. This is not a receptionist position. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, following up on leads, scheduling work accurately, and helping drive sales growth. Success in this position requires urgency, follow-through, strong communication skills, and a commitment to responding quickly to customer inquiries. This role is critical to the success of our operation. The ideal candidate understands that every missed call, unanswered text, and unworked lead represents a missed opportunity.
