CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service issues, and providing an exemplary customer experience. Compensation:
$32,000+ yearly
DOE Responsibilities:
Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
Qualifications:
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Previous work in a customer-facing position High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Must have an insurance license in the state of Texas Must have experience in the insurance industry About Company
