Outbound Customer Service Booking Agent El Paso, TX $10.00/hour Base Pay + Bonus & Commission Earn up to $25/hour when performance goals are met
Part-Time:
16-24 Hours Per Week Mon-Friday 9AM- 5:30PM Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join our HVAC company in El Paso. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and is driven by performance-based earnings. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and scheduling appointments for our HVAC service team. If you enjoy talking with people and are motivated by bonuses and commissions, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers Schedule and confirm HVAC service appointments Place outbound calls to current and prospective customers Schedule heating, cooling, and plumbing maintenance/service appointments Follow a proven call flow and update notes in our CRM/dispatch system Confirm next-day schedules and coordinate with dispatch as needed Deliver friendly, professional customer care on every call Meet daily/weekly booking and quality targets Qualifications Previous call center, customer service, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred Strong verbal communication and listening skills Positive attitude and professional phone presence Comfortable working with performance goals and incentives Basic computer and data-entry skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Compensation & Benefits No micromanagement—own your results Supportive team with training and coaching $10.00/hour base pay Performance bonuses and commissions Opportunity to earn up to $25/hour when goals are achieved Flexible part-time schedule (16-24 hours per week) Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the company What We're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling, inside customer service, dispatch, call center, or appointment setting Clear, confident phone communicator with a customer-first mindset Reliable, organized, and comfortable working with scripts and basic computer tools Motivated by measurable goals and feedback Schedule Part-Time 16-24 hours per week Day, evening, and weekend availability may be available Mon-Friday 9AM- 5:30PM How to Apply If you are energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to maximize your earnings through performance bonuses and commissions, apply today and become part of a growing HVAC company serving the El Paso community.
