This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, supporting account maintenance activities, and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound client communications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and efficient manner. Respond to client inquiries regarding account information, transactions, service requests, and general firm policies. Process account maintenance requests, including account updates, beneficiary changes, transfers, and other service-related transactions. Assist clients with online account access and navigation of firm platforms and resources. Research and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through proactive communication and service. Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and regulatory standards governing financial services. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of customer service experience, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications 10 years of experience servicing investment, brokerage, retirement, or wealth management accounts. Knowledge of financial products and services. Required:
