JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations. Maintaining personal and productivity goals. Perform accurate and efficient cash duties. Maintaining the sales floor up to merchandizing standards. Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs. Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs. Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/ trends. Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment. Other responsibilities may apply.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and diffuse basic issues at the register, including resolving minor complaints or misunderstandings. Detail-oriented and vigilant in identifying potential fraud, such as counterfeit bills, incorrect pricing, or suspicious transactions. Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems (training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. This job is expected to start in June/July 2026!
