Delivery Driver/Customer Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clerk/Delivery driver to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service while accurately handling cash and medication transactions. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in community pharmacy. We have a company car for deliveries. You would be crossed trained as a clerk but our main focus is on delivery driving here.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver medications to patients safely and securely
• Greet patients and family members in a professional and courteous manner, providing a welcoming "Hometown" environment for all customers.
• Manage cash and credit transactions, including processing payments and handling change.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of medications and treatments while preserving confidentiality of private health information of patients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent patient service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Pay:

$13.00
