Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team! Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Utilize computer skills to update customer records, process data entry tasks, and support administrative functions using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software. Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records for efficient office management. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and financial record keeping. Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or clients, ensuring smooth daily operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems and providing top-tier customer support. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office management tools. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office procedures such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Knowledge of clerical tasks like typing accurately and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
