The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop as well as on the phone and via email. We are looking for someone with a background in the print or estimating industry, a desire to learn new things and great customer service skills. Print shop experience is preferred. Duties of the candidate will include: Consult with clients by phone, email or in person to get details for their project, quote that project using our proprietary system and follow up on outstanding quotes. Review job specification from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs. Maintain an orderly work area. Working with our services network to source pricing and materials The successful candidate will: Be able to work independently and be able to multi-task/handle several client jobs at the same time.
