Transportation Customer Service Representative Location:
Grand Prairie (75050)Pay:
$20/hrSchedule:
Monday- Friday, 10:00am
- 6:30pm, possible OT Length of assignment : Long term temp
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with tracking and locating shipments Update and manage shipment details and client information Act as a liaison between shipping carriers and internal teams Handle email correspondence with clients in a professional manner Support logistics operations in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of Customer Service experience (non-call center )- required 1+ year of Logistics experience
- required Dispatcher experience
- preferred Strong understanding of warehouse operations Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years) Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Fast learner with strong data entry skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or GED Application Process Includes:
