Job Description
Accelerated, Inc. is an established Air Freight Courier seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for our Grapevine, TX location. Hours are 7 AM
- 3PM Monday
- Friday Possible rotating Saturdays Job Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Manage/dispatch company drivers
- Trace/Track freight
- Communication with customers and provide great customer service
- Operate forklift
- Maintain warehouse facility
Skills:
- Typing
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Email
- Polite and professional phone etiquette
- Prior logistics experience preferred, but not required
- Quick learner with new computer programs
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- 1-year forklift experience required
