In this sales-focused role, you'll work directly with customers to introduce energy-saving solutions, provide product education, and help guide new enrollments through professional, in-person engagement. What You'll Do:
Conduct in-person sales presentations to educate customers on energy-saving products and services Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions Complete the full sales process, including product explanations, enrollment support, and customer follow-up Assist with account setup, service requests, payments, and general customer support Promote energy solutions through direct, face-to-face customer interactions Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics Work closely with your team to improve customer experience and drive sales resultsWhat We're Looking For:
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred (not required) Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers in person Ability to identify customer needs and guide conversations toward solutions Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and explain benefits clearly Bilingual candidates are a strong plusPay:
