The Sparks Law Firm is a fast-paced criminal defense law firm dedicated to providing exceptional representation and client service. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and adaptable individual to join our team as a Client Relations & Revenue Specialist. POSITION OVERVIEW

Client Relations & Revenue Specialist Location:

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Compensation:

$21/hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with current, former, and prospective clients Assist with follow up communications Coordinate appointments, meetings, etc. Process client payments and assist with accounts receivable follow-up Maintain accurate client information and records Assist with office administration and file management Support marketing and client engagement initiatives, including review requests, outreach efforts, and social media support Coordinate client communications by phone, email, text, and email Assist with special projects and firm initiatives as assigned Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytic skills; must be comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe (Acrobat, PDF editing, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Professional demeanor with a team-first, client-focused approach.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed.

Preferred but

Not Required:

• Previous experience in a law office or legal environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with billing platforms and/or CRM software.
• Working knowledge of criminal law and/or personal injury cases.
• References strongly encouraged.
