Full Job Description Position Summary:

Provide Customer support to smaller accounts. This person must be organized and detailed and have a strong desire to exceed customer requirements.

Competency Requirements:

Organized and detailed Competent in Word and Excel DOT Hazardous Materials certified (will provide training) Multi-modal (IATA) certified (will provide training) CVI registered (will provide training)

Principal Activities Include:

Manage orders for a customer base primarily consisting of those with multiple and small dock shipments (LTL), full truck loads (FTL) and small package shipments (Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, etc.). Managing small parcel shipments (
