Responsibilities Greet customers warmly via phone, email, and in person, creating a positive first impression. Assist clients by understanding their needs and recommending our services. Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospects and existing customers, promoting new offerings. Manage customer accounts through accurate data entry and record keeping using Shopify and medical CRM tools. Provide comprehensive customer support by answering questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. Process transactions accurately, while adhering to company policies. Requirements Team player Winner mindset Bilingual proficiency in English plus another language is a strong advantage. Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is desirable; call center experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly across various channels. Proficiency in Google Workspace and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks. Experience with outbound calling campaigns and customer service roles demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Good analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions quickly. Compensation Starts at $20/hr + commission
