Cashier / Customer Service Team Member Bigotes Street Tacos - Deerbrook Mall Food Court We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and highly motivated Cashier / Customer Service Team Member to join our Deerbrook Mall food court location. We want someone who brings positive energy, enjoys talking to people, works with urgency, and understands that great customer service and sales are everything. This is not a "stand around and wait" position. We are looking for someone who is always moving, always helping, always cleaning, organizing, stocking, greeting guests, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with enthusiasm and a positive attitude Welcome customers into the restaurant and help pull in foot traffic Take orders accurately and efficiently Upsell menu items, drinks, desserts, extras, and combos consistently Deliver exceptional customer service at all times Listen carefully to customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter and dining area Help with cleaning, wiping tables, restocking, organizing supplies, and keeping the restaurant presentable at all times Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes Communicate well with kitchen staff and teammates Represent the Bigotes brand with professionalism and energy

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Must be proactive and self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Must be comfortable upselling and interacting with customers constantly

Someone who does not wait to be told what to do. If business slows down, you should already be cleaning, organizing, stocking, greeting customers, or finding ways to improve the guest experience and increase sales.
