Full-Time Hours:
Training Shift is Monday
  • Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM
  • after training, your shift will be Monday
  • Friday, various shifts available.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments, deliveries, and service inquiries Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Resolving issues quickly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in our system and follow up on open customer cases Communicate updates on freight status, delays, or scheduling changes Data entry/order entry What we're looking for: Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or a related customer service role preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and transportation management software (TMS) a plus Positive attitude and team player mindset Why choose our team?
