Are you an outgoing customer service/office professional who is looking for a career and not just a job? Are you ready to love your job? This full-time Client Care Specialist position starts at a competitive wage of $14.00 per hour, depending on skill. We have multiple shift options available between our lobby hours of 7am-6pm (Monday through Friday) and Weekend availability from 8am-6pm. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibility is to answer phones, schedule pet care appointments, and resolve issues for our clients. Some other duties include but are not limited to conducting new client introduction phone calls, new client tours, and any other interactions explaining services and memberships. You ensure a clean office area, keep pet care clients coming, and love our little furry friends. You love that you get to interact with pet parents and their pets every day and enjoy seeing them happy!QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to quickly learn software and input data while speaking to clients Ability to practice sales processes- talking with strangers, upselling, learning scripts, handling rejection, etc. Previous sales experience is a big plus. Do you love animals? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience? Do you enjoy interacting with people on the phone and understand good phone etiquette? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively?
