You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, checking customers in and out, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, and because of these reasons, you play a significant role in building relationships with our customers. This is a great position to learn Service Advisor Compensation Range is $16-$20 Depending On Experience Closed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & Friends Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Healthcare Benefits Available (If Full time) Matching Retirement Plans (If full time) Locally Owned & Operated Discount for your car repair On-Going Training & Career Advancement Employee Appreciation Events Chaplain Care Support Available Hiring Locations 600 Valley Ranch Pkwy South Irving, TX 75063 Responsibilities Check customers in and out of the current service system Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers Automotive Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed Keep the facility clean and organized Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed Notifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Keep the shuttle tidy and organized Follow all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers Valid state driver's license Meet required insurance driving record parameters Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it) !
