Irving, TX Job Details $55,000 - $65,000 a year 13 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Word embeddings Productivity software Full Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Customer Service Representative to support a growing HVAC systems manufacturer for off-highway and transport applications . This role requires a customer focused team player, willing to grow with the company and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have expenience in a technical customer service role. HVAC systems experience is beneficial but not required. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls and emails responding to requests for information about parts and catalog air conditioning and heating components determining customer requirements and finalizing sales. Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system, Sage 100. Maximize per-ticket sales. The Representative will sell additional appropriate items at every opportunity. Always be closing. Assist with requests for technical assistance. The Representative will call upon qualified personnel whenever needed and will take every opportunity to learn and understand the working parts and basic troubleshooting techniques of mobile air conditioning. Assist others in the Sales Department needed. Use available resources to seek out new sales opportunities. Coordinate warranty return paperwork with the Quality Representative. Organize marketing data, web marketing and assist with marketing brochure development. Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing sales office or HVAC company environment. Experience working with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ ERP systems, quality/continuous improvement initiatives. Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
