Job Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer support across multiple office locations and in the field. This role includes assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email; traveling to other offices to provide coverage when needed; and performing door-to-door outreach or service-related visits as required. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in both office and field environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to all customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process service requests.
  • Manage account updates, payments, and documentation accurately.
  • Support office workflow, including filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
  • Travel to additional office locations to provide staffing support during vacations, sick leave, or high-volume periods. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
