Job Description:
Our packaging solutions client in Katy, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team! This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating transportation billing and logistics, and supporting the rental, service, and purchase of industrial storage and transportation containers and parts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from both internal and external customers Process and track transportation billing and logistics-related documentation Handle customer orders, including on-hire and off-hire paperwork and order entry management Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and ensure timely service Assist with monthly fleet summary reporting to support accurate invoicing Provide accurate rental rates, terms, and product information to customers Support smooth and timely mobilization of products and equipment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Basic billing and invoicing knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Experience using ERP systems Transportation and logistics experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
