Job Description

About Us Town & Country is a busy, fast-paced small animal general practice and urgent care center. With a dedicated team of 6 doctors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care when our community needs it most. The Role As the first point of contact, our Client Services Representatives (CSRs) set the tone for the entire patient visit. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a bustling environment and is passionate about supporting both people and their pets.
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of the
Clinic:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and pets. Manage the
Flow:
Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate urgent care arrivals.
Stay Organized:
Maintain accurate digital medical records and assist with essential administrative tasks.
Collaborate:
Work closely with our medical team to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Prior customer service experience is required (veterinary hospital experience is a major plus!).
Skills:
Exceptional communication, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a sharp eye for detail.
Mindset:
A team-player attitude and a genuine love for animals.
Benefits & Schedule:
Hours:
Mon-Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and Saturdays (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM).
