We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our automotive service department. This role involves communicating vehicle issues, recommending repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, have a passion for the automotive industry, and be committed to providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. Prepare repair estimates and explain necessary repairs and maintenance. Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of repairs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Promote and sell additional services as needed. Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
