Customer Service Representative

What the role involves:

Welcoming customers and assisting with enquiries Providing information about products, services, and promotions Helping customers locate items and make informed decisions Handling exchanges, returns, and general customer concerns Maintaining a professional and approachable presence on the shop floor Supporting colleagues during peak trading periods Monitoring customer areas to ensure they remain clean and presentable Assisting with stock movement and merchandising when required What we're looking for: Customer service experience is beneficial, but personality and attitude are just as important.
