In this role, you will help customers find the right firearms, ammunition, and accessories while ensuring absolute compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet customers, answer questions, and provide expert product recommendations.
Sales Operations:
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Assist customers with ATF Form 4473 and conduct mandatory NICS background checks.
Inventory Management:
Stock shelves, organize displays, and help unbox incoming inventory.
Store Safety:
