In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be key to your success in this position. Duties Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Handle customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing inbound and outbound calls. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. Communicate clearly and professionally in English; bilingual skills are a plus. Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in outbound calling is a plus but not required.
