Job Description Three Way Logistics is an industry leader in material management, logistics, and comprehensive transportation services with proven accuracy, flexibility, and on-time delivery. We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative (Lead) in our Austin, TX facility.
Job Type:
Full-Time Shift:
1st Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be available to work Weekends and overtime when needed.
JOB SUMMARY
This position will be customer specific. This role will act as a liaison between the operations team and the customer. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, and this role is responsible for ensuring all orders are booked correctly, all appointments have been made and are met, communication is kept during the entirety of the loads, PODs are sent in a timely manner, and all issues are escalated. This employee must have excellent people skills while remaining calm and helpful in high stress situations. Essential Duties
  • Maintain communication to keep the customer updated with the status of planned and current jobs.
  • Receive and respond to requests within a timely manner
  • Provide customers with accurate troubleshooting solutions.
  • Upload and email pods (proof of delivery) exceptions (damage), update TMS and close orders for invoicing.
  • Complete daily, weekly and quarterly reports as requested.
  • Keep track of appointments and cutoffs and escalate if either is at risk of not being met.
  • Have daily communication with the customer to review all current and upcoming jobs, requested information and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with operations and the customer on root cause and solutions if there is a service failure or a near miss.
  • Create orders accurately, book and track appointments and work closely with the department teams to enhance quality of service
  • Great Communication skills
  • Responsible for completing safety and compliance training.
  • All other tasks as assigned Experience / Requirements
  • Minimum of one to two years' experience in customer service
  • Ability to respond via phone and email
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and providing above average service levels
  • Analytical and highly motivated.
  • Able to create reports and analyze data
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills, who is a team player with a "get it done" attitude
  • Conscientious and reliable, punctuality is critical
Required Language:

Pay:
$23.32 - $29.68 per hour
